It gets particularly annoying when I : compile a bunch of files and get an error message in one of the last : files, since under Emacs, I have to step through all the warning : messages before finally getting to the real error message. You can edit your *compilation* buffer and remove unnecessary warnings and errors. After that to go to the first error, do evaluate (next-error t). Following errors can be reached in the usual way. -Sekar
