Version 2.2.2 of g++ gets the message:
> test2.C: In function `class m* p ()':
> test2.C:4: parse error before `{'
> cp-decl.c:10284: failed assertion `current_binding_level->parm_flag == 1'
> gcc: Internal compiler error: program cc1plus got fatal signal 6
when trying to compile the following 13-line file:
template <class T>
class t {
public:
t() {}
};
class m {
t<int> c;
public:
m() : c() {}
};
m *p() {return new m;} // just change "m;" to "m();" to work around
// -------- end of file -------- //
Thanks for your attention, and thanks for GNU!

P.S. I'd appreciate knowing if you're receiving my messages.
(I have submitted one previous bug report, recently.)
