If you need collect.c, you can get it from yahi.stanford.edu by
anonymous ftp as ~ftp/pub/collect.c

This file was trashed by someone last week, and since I don't use it,
did not notice that fact.  I will be replacing it in the tarred
distribution, along with fixes I posted this morning, and keeping the
version number at 1.34.2.  Watch this space for an announcement of
when this has taken place.
