when compiling libg++-2.2 with g++-2.2.2 configured
for hp730-hpux using a dumb-cc-compiled gas-1.36-utah
i get the bug i rather expected from the build on vms
that i'll also have to do ... libg++ makes OK, but when i
'make install' it will stop:
[...make test-install....]
gcc -o a a.o -lg++
ld: unsatisfied symbols:
_vt.filebuf (data)
collect: /bin/ld returned 1 exit status
The vms/AAAREADME (or whatever) says this is a bug in g++
that would be caught and corrected by the assembler.
any hints?
(sorry for not being verbose, i type in from hardcopy :-()
