More loader problems.
Compiling "Hello, world" on a Convex gives the message
ngo@tammy [6] g++ -o hello hello.cc
nm: /tmp/code020899: cannot open
load failedngo@tammy [7]
It appears that the intermediate file /usr/tmp/cc######.R submitted to
ld is actually there and is a reasonable size, but for some reason ld
never makes the file /tmp/code###### from it.
