Also in cp-class.c near line 726:

      modify_vtable_entry (get_vtable_entry (BINFO_VIRTUALS (binfo), base_fndecl),
			   build_vtable_entry (this_offset, pfn),
			   fndecl, base_context);

BINFO_VIRTUALS (binfo) can be NULL.
