Undefined first referenced symbol in file _fxstat__FiiP4stat /usr/local/lib/libg++.a(filebuf.o) ld: a.out: fatal error: Symbol referencing errors. No output written to a.out I got this message when make was checking libg++2.2 and also when I tried to compile a simple hello.C. I noticed on physics.su.oz.au that there were some diffs to libg++2.0 so I ftped them and libg++2.0. When I compiled libg++2.0 I got exactly the same error message. Does anyone have any idea what I am doing wrong? Are there any SVR4 diffs for libg++2.2? TIA Simon Langley (preferred) slangley@constant.demon.co.uk Hampstead, London slangley@cix.compulink.co.uk
