I am posting this for a friend, he has been porting his code to g++ and has been working hard with .h files and prototypes etc.. ***** I now have solved most of the problems with unresolved references. I have one problem left. I some of my C++ classes, I use static member data, i.e. a data member, which is shared by allobjects of that class. It seems, that the few unresolved references left all stem from static member data in classes. I am now reading the manual to see, whether there is a solution to this. Do you have any experience with static member data and g++ compiler, or do you know any, which has?
