Okay folks...

	I"m getting better at this...I'm actually getting somewhere
with this thing.  Latest problem was with ranlib...except there is no
such thing as ranlib on my machine...so, after some looking around in
the 'config' directory, I make ranlib = true and that works no
problem.

	New problem:

gmake[1]: *** No way to make target `iostream/stamp'.  Stop.
gmake: *** [all-libg++] Error 1

	I've looked through the Makefile(s), especially the one in
~/iostream, and I cannot seem to reason out where it is trying to make
'stamp' :(

	Any ideas?
