I am trying to use templates and am pretty thoroughly confused. In
particular, I am confued about which code can be compiled into a
library and which has to be included into the source. Can judicious
use of "#pragma interface" and "#pragma implementation" help? Are
there good references on this? (I have read the relevent ARM sections
a few times, so...)

-Thanks,
 Michael

German Chancellor Helmut Kohl, on the inauguration of Germany's first
Holocaust memorial, saying Germans must never forget Nazi atrocities:
``(We) owe it to our children and grandchildren. We must pass on to
them the realization that it is not at all self-evident that one should
be allowed to live in peace and freedom.''
