I am interested in experimenting with GNU C++ (v2.6.2 on a Sparcstation running SunOS v4.1.3), but it reports "duplicate default arguments" errors in the standard libraries because they declare default arguments both in function prototypes and at the beginning of function bodies. I don't have the GNU C++ manual and don't see anything in 'man g++' which pertains to this. What must be done to make the libraries usable?
