GCC, G++ on Win 95/NT FOUND!

I found what I was looking for. I was pointed to the GNU-WIN32 project
by Cygnus. Its URL is: http://www.cygnus.com/misc/gnu-win32/

After a while I got a good part of the "GNU Win32" environment running.
It is very important to follow the instructions carefully. I even got
gcc to compile and run C and C++ programs. Now I am trying to get it to
compile a Windows program.

To unzip the files, it is important to make sure they be directed to the
proper directories. Also, some of them use non-DOS compliant file
names; WinZip at http://www.winzip.com/ worked great for me, and I was
also pointed to http://www.tangent.com/ntfiles/winnt/unzip.exe

Thanks again to everybody for your help.
