Does anyone have a Postscript copy of libg++.texinfo
(version 2.0 -- last updated April 29, 1992) or know where one is
available for anonymous ftp?

The only copy of TeX that I have available is a copy of pctex which
is not new enough and/or not powerful enough to convert libg++.texinfo
into a Postscript file. I did find a copy of TeX 3.14 for UN*X but
unfortunately, the install instructions are in TeX format and there
were no postscript copies of the instructions. Catch 22 documentation.
