Hi,

I have noticed that 2.3.1 works a lot better with templates than 2.2, so I want
to install it on our VMS systems. Previously, binaries for 2.xx were available
from mango.rsmas.miami.edu. Is gcc now buildable from scracth on VMS, or are the
binaries going to be made availablke at some later date for 2.3.xxx ??
