As in many other institutions, Kent is looking into moving to ANSI standard C as a uniform language for many purposes. The gnu gcc is available on some platforms. (Exactly which ones?) Are there other ANSI standard C compilers from AT&T or other companies. I would like to compile a list and will post it later. But first your input would be appreciated. Paul

Net.C++.fiends: is there anyone out there who could point me to a directory full o' sources that I can use to test AT&T C++ 2.1 ? I guess what I need is the equivalent of the NIH 'test' directory so that I can test the port... Thanks fmb PS: please reply via email to me personally, I will summarize and post a followup later... -- Standard High-Tech Disclaimer: NOTHING in the above article has the slightest relationship to reality.
