I have been asked by my chairman to propose an undergraduate
(junior level) course in C++. I am looking for suggestions on
textbook, material to cover, compiler, environments, related
topics, etc. Both positive and negative experiences would help.
The prerequisite currently considered are a course in data
structures that uses Modula-2 and a course in C.
Please e-mail your answer. Thanks in advance.
