> Is it possible to produce a shared library version of libg++ (2.2)? It should be possible. In the past, we supported libg++ as a SunOS shared library for one customer, but that support got dropped in favor on concentrating on getting libg++ more portable. I will welcome patches that ease bulding of shared libraries - especially if acompanied by documentation on how to do it! --Per Bothner Cygnus Support bothner@cygnus.com
