malloc missing from libg++-2.2

In libg++/Makefile.in:

# Use this to disable placing libg++ version of malloc in libg++.a
# suggested for NeXT by cdr@acc.stolaf.edu
# XTRAFLAGS = -DNO_LIBGXX_MALLOC

However, malloc is missing from libg++.a regardless of the setting of
this switch. The problem could be in libg++/src/Makefile.in, malloc.o is not
in "OBJS = .... " whereus it was there in previous version of libg++.

Since Doug Lea (original author of libg++) wrote a version of
malloc, he put it in libg++. However, it doesn't logically
belong there.
