To whom it may concern, I have recently compiled libg++ version 2.2 and I have had a problem with including iostream.h. I get the following compile-time message when I include it. % gcc a.C In file included from /usr/local/lib/g++-include/iostream.h:25, from a.C:7: /usr/local/lib/g++-include/streambuf.h:144: arguments given to macro `clear' In file included from a.C:7: /usr/local/lib/g++-include/iostream.h:148: arguments given to macro `clear' /usr/local/lib/g++-include/iostream.h:151: arguments given to macro `clear' % I am not sure what the problem is but I can't get anything compiled when I include it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Bill Wied wied@animal.sps.mot.com 602-897-4266 Network Applications Group Semiconductor Products Sector Motorola Inc.
