In libg++ 2.3's etc subdirectory, `make realclean' forgets to remove config.status and Makefile. The same problem also exists in libg++ 2.3's libg++/etc/fib subdirectory. Also, `make distclean' fails since there's no entry for `distclean'. Also, `make realclean' does `rm -f $(TEST_PROGS)', but TEST_PROGS is not defined, so this is equivalent to `rm -f'. Here are patches. =================================================================== RCS file: etc/Makefile.in,v retrieving revision 2.3 retrieving revision 2.3.1.1 diff -c -r2.3 -r2.3.1.1 *** etc/Makefile.in 1992/11/18 21:39:53 2.3 --- etc/Makefile.in 1992/12/14 09:06:03 2.3.1.1 *************** *** 72,80 **** clean: $(RM) *.info *.info-* - distclean: clean mostlyclean: clean ! realclean: clean Makefile: $(srcdir)/Makefile.in $(host_makefile_frag) $(target_makefile_frag) $(SHELL) ./config.status --- 72,81 ---- clean: $(RM) *.info *.info-* mostlyclean: clean ! distclean: clean ! rm -f config.status Makefile ! realclean: distclean Makefile: $(srcdir)/Makefile.in $(host_makefile_frag) $(target_makefile_frag) $(SHELL) ./config.status =================================================================== RCS file: libg++/etc/fib/Makefile.in,v retrieving revision 2.3 retrieving revision 2.3.1.1 diff -c -r2.3 -r2.3.1.1 *** libg++/etc/fib/Makefile.in 1992/12/04 22:51:37 2.3 --- libg++/etc/fib/Makefile.in 1992/12/14 09:06:03 2.3.1.1 *************** *** 102,111 **** .PHONY: clean clean: force rm -f *.o *~ \#* fib - realclean: clean - rm -f $(TEST_PROGS) - force: # with the gnu make, this is done automatically. --- 102,111 ---- .PHONY: clean clean: force rm -f *.o *~ \#* fib + distclean: clean + rm -f config.status Makefile + realclean: distclean force: # with the gnu make, this is done automatically.
