The manual doesn't give a bug-reporting address.  (At least in 2.2, I
confess I didn't check 2.3.)

There are a number of files in the libg++ 2.3 distribution that are too
long for system V:

tar: Could not create file libg++-2.3/libg++/etc/PlotFile3D/PlotFile3D.info : Filename too long
