Is there a texinfo.tex file that will let me dvi various tex manuals
that come with libg++-2.3?  find couldn't find a texinfo.tex file in
the distribution (maybe it got deleted accidently on my system?), and
the one from gcc-2.3.2 doesn't seem to work.

Except for possibly a few Cygnus-specific files in libg++-2.3/etc
(that should not have been part of the release), any standard
texinfo.tex (such as the one in gcc-2.3.2) should work, as far as I know.
