Hi, For some reason there are no prototypes for readv() and writev() in the unistd.h file. Likewise, there are no prototypes for any of the mmap() family of functions such as madvise() or munmap(). Neither do there apprear to be any prototypes for functions like shmget() or shmclt() etc. BTW, I'm using libg++ 2.2 on a Sun Sparcstation running Sun OS 4.1.2. Sorry if this is fixed in libg++ 2.3! My plan is use a 'populate' shell script run as part of gcc installation; it will generate C++ wrappers for all files in /usr/include. I hope this will be done by gcc-2.4. --Per Bothner Cygnus Support bothner@cygnus.com
