libg++-2.0 for NeXT 2.1 using gcc-2.1 configured for next

config.sub	next) set os=-mach not os=-sysv

src/timer.cc	turned off
tests/test_h.cc	does not compile
in both cases, there are clashes between prototypes in g++-include
	and in /usr/include.

iostream/strtoul.cc
needs to be removed or #ifdef-ed out for the NeXT,
since strtoul() is in libsys_s.a and the loader will complain
	about duplicate definitions.

test-install/Makefile
	does not permit overwriting CC
(not everybody has gcc in /usr/local/bin,
	 but "make CC=..." should work)

Other than that, installation appears to work.
Maybe, paths (g++-include, libg++.a) ought to be reconciled with gcc-2.1
(i.e., g++-include needs to be found implicitly.)
