Installing libg++ Question

I've finally given up and have to ask for help. I am trying to install the g++ compiler and have run into problems installing the G++ libraries, libg++. I am running Ultrix 3.0 on a MicroVAX. My GNU directory is set up as suggested in the G++ README file. I have (apparently) successfully installed: GAS, GCC, G++. I have modified all of the obvious things in the Makefile, but when I type "make", I get the output that is appended below. Any help or pointers to where to look for the problem would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot, Tom Heft heft@husc4.harvard.edu P.S. - I hope this isn't a really stupid question.
