I am trying to build g++ on the Encore Multimax, running UMAX (4.2?). I have made gcc, but with g++ run into problems with static constructors/destructors. What symbol table format does the Encore use? What is the best way to fix this problem - probably others have done this before. Appreciate any help! Mail to rohit@neon.stanford.edu Thx, Rohit

Please, if anybody has managed this great feat let me know too. I've been trying unsucessfully to get g++ and libg++ to work. I use collect, and g++ does compile, but g++ specific fuctions have no effect it seems... ============================================================================ Brian O'Neill - Local Internet Access Account Internet: oneill@bu-pub.bu.edu UUCP : ...!bu.edu!bu-pub!oneill
