I'm attempting to install the gnu C libraries (v1.04) on an SGI Iris 4D/35. I've already installed gcc v1.40 with no problems, as well as gnu make v3.62. After using configure (with mips-decstation-ultrix4.2 --with-gnu-ld), I tried to 'make' the libraries. I got the following error: 'Makeconfig:72: extraneous text after 'include' sysdeps/..:1: missing separator. Stop.' How do I fix this? I was also wondering if the decstation configuration will work for my Iris, and is there a better way to configure it? Thanks for the help. Chad Hoffman chad@helix1.chem.iastate.edu
