🚀 go-pugleaf

Environment: gcc 2.3.1 on Mips M/120 running Risc/os 5.00

When compiling gcc with target mips-mips-riscos5bsd, the compile fails
in stage 2 because the rusage structure is not defined.  This problem occurs
because _SYSTYPE_BSD43 is not defined in the CPP_PREDEFINES in
config/mips-5bsd.h (SYSTYPE_BSD43 is, but both are needed).  The
following diffs fix this problem and similar problems in the svr4 and
sysv environments.
