install problem on Ultrix 4.2?

While running fixincludes I get the following errors:

Fixing ./scs/scamachmac.h
Can't copy ./scs/scamachmac.h
chmod: can't access
/net/local/cpu/decstation/lib/gcc-lib/decstation-ultrix/2.3.1/include/root/usr/sys/io/./scs/scamachmac.h:
No such file or directory
sh:
/net/local/cpu/decstation/lib/gcc-lib/decstation-ultrix/2.3.1/include/root/usr/sys/io/./scs/scamachmac.h.sed:
cannot create
mv: cannot access
/net/local/cpu/decstation/lib/gcc-lib/decstation-ultrix/2.3.1/include/root/usr/sys/io/./scs/scamachmac.h.sed

Some stupid Ultrix shell error or what?

(SunOS 4.1.1. ran OK)
