Just posted a fix on gnu.g++.lib.bug.  I found this article giving a
fix. Note that I had to re-run configure before re-running `make
install-fixincludes' presumably to regenerate the Makefile....

This will make limits.h/syslimits.h work again.

Apply the patch, and then rerun `make install-fixincludes'.
