gcc-cpp bug in version 1.34:

		pipe=; cat c.c
		#ifdef	GOO
		scrunt-=-=-'
		#endif
		pipe=; lcc -c c.c
		c.c:2: unterminated string constant
		c.c:1: unterminated #if conditional

(lcc uses gcc-cpp).
