question about ns32k.md in gcc 1.37.1

Shouldn't the movdf and movsf define_insn's in ns32k.md for gcc 1.37.1
have "TARGET_32081" rather than "" as the condition field since the movl
and movf instructions both require that the machine have an FPU?
