getting gcc-include

I want to use -nostdinc, but I still want to get the gcc-include
directory. With GCC 1 this is easy; just add -I..../gcc-include to
CFLAGS. With GCC 2, however, the gcc-include directory is
version-dependent, so this is liable to errors. Is there a simple way
to tell CPP "Use the current gcc-include directory, but nothing
else."?
