🚀 go-pugleaf

The preprocessor for gcc/g++ 2.1 knows how to parse the
options "-Wno-import" and "-Wimport" (for turning
those warnings off and on).  However, these were left out
of the option parsing in c-decl.c:  c_decode_option(). 

This error shows up in both gcc and g++, of course. 


Here is a fix:
