Subject: gcc-2.2.2 include/stddef.h for Mach/386

Mach/386 defines size_t in <sys/types.h> to be long. sorry.
The file is protected by _SYS_TYPES_H_ but size_t alone is not.

To fix, you need to conditionalize size_t with (e.g.) _GCC_SIZE_T
in <sys/types.h> and you need to fix gcc's stddef.h to define as long
ifdef MACH and i386.
