GNU ld is in  /usr/local/lib/gcc-lib/sparc-sun-sunos4.1.1/2.2.2/ld.
GNU make-3.62 is in /usr/local/bin/make.
GNU gas-1.38 is in /usr/local/bin/gas.

I ran:
configure --with-gnu-ld --with-gnu-as sparc-sun-sunos4.1.1

Then typed "make".  Here's what I got in return:
Makeconfig:72: extraneous text after `include'
make: sysdeps/..: Is a directory.  Stop.

The above two steps were the only things I did, i.e. no configparms, etc.
Any pointers?  BTW, libg++-2.2 installed without a hitch.  Thanks.
