pmax cc1 2.2.2 dumps core
#1173

The following short program (simplified from the gs 2.5.2 sources)
causes the DEC MIPS cc1 from gcc 2.2.2 to take a seg fault iff -O
and -g are both specified.

        struct foo { int a; } *q, *p;

        void
        func(struct foo *r)
        {
                p = r;
                q = p;
        }

It has probably already been reported, since it results from using
the Gnu compiler to build a Gnu tool on a popular platform.
