Building gcc-2.2.2 on SCO 3.2v4 (any pointers)?

  Hi,
I have tried to build gcc-2.2.2 on an SCO 3.2v4 system and have completed
the first stage where gcc is built using rcc, however when I do a
    "make stage1" and then "make CC="stage1/gcc -Bstage1/" CFLAGS="-g -O" "
I get problems with the include files :-(. One example of a problem is
in /usr/include/sys/file.h the variable uchar did not get defined because
_POSIX_SOURCE was not defined. Should I define _POSIX_SOURCE when
compiling gcc ? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  Thanks in advance,
  Rindress
