Nit: Fixincludes & SunOs 4.1 malloc.h

fixincludes attempts to copy SunOns 4.1 malloc.h to change the
definitions, as this comment from fixincludes shows:
# Fix return type of free and {c,m,re}alloc in <malloc.h> on SunOS 4.1.
This changes the typedef but nothing else. fixincludes also copies
stdlib.h and in the process changes free() from an int fn to a void
fn; this same change needs to happen in malloc.h or inconsistancy results.

USL is mostly owned by AT&T, which has ultimate control over and
responsibility for everything that USL does.
The powerful often try to evade responsibility for their actions.
Naming those acting for them as a separate entity is a common method.
If we are wise enough to see through it, it won't work.
