Missing prototypes in stdio.h
#285

With version 2.2.2 of gcc:

  I cannot seem to locate the prototypes for the following ANSI
  functions (which should be located in stdio.h):

     int fgetpos(FILE *, fpos_t);
     int fsetpos(FILE *, fpos_t);

  and the following typedef:

     typedef do-type fpos_t;

The above functions do not appear to be in the library, either, as
linking an object file with those symbols produces an "unresolved
external" error.

Thanks for the help.

In reference to missing functions fgetpos/fsetpos in stdio.h:

  In the latest library (1.03), they are there. Ignore the
  previous posting.
