bug in preprocessor handling of #include, gcc version 2.2.2

There is a bug in the way gcc version 2.2.2 handles #include statements. For example: #define TT(a,b) #a #b #include TT(./, happy.h) should cause the compiler to include file "./happy.h" but instead gcc gives the following error message: `#include' expects "fname" or <fname> This is an important bug since the new NeXT 3.0 system uses #includes of the above format in the system's header files.
