Gcc 2.1 cpp reports "unterminated #if conditional" when are no
preproessor conditionals. The line number is bogus too.

gcc -pg -ggdb -Wall -Wshadow -Wwrite-strings -c y.tab.c
parse.y:724: unterminated `#if' conditional
parse.y:349: unterminated macro call
parse.y:864: macro `mknod' used with too many (4) args
*** Error code 1
make: Fatal error: Command failed for target `y.tab.o'

     490 parse.y
