include files for gcc compiling vnews under vms

Hi,

we just tried to build vnews on a VAX running VMS. The make.com, which
was modified for using GCC, complained about a few missing *.h files:

climsgdef.h     jbcmsgdef.h   varargs.h
sjcdef.h        maildef.h
unixio.h        smgdef.h
msgdef.h        uaidef.h

Does anybody have an idea were I can find these *.h files ?

Any hints will be apreciated.

BTW: we have no vax_cc.
