I can't say that it compiled RIGHT out of the box....  I had to change the
definitions in iostream.ioconfig to implement the NO_DOLLAR_IN_LABEL directive
so the one of the str modules would compile.  Otherwise everythign went
smoothly.  There are still some problems with the libg++-2.0 code but I'm
confident that these will be worked out soon.
