Running gcc-2.2.2 on a Sun 670MP, SunOS 4.1.2, I get the following warning message: -- In file included from justcorr.c:12: /usr/local/lib/gcc-lib/sun4/2.1/include/memory.h:9: warning: conflicting types for built-in function `memcpy' -- This is generated by the following code: -- /* / computing the correlation of the received signal and / the replicas / */ #include <stdio.h> #include <math.h> #ifdef sgi # include <string.h> #else # include <memory.h> #endif -- Apparently SunOS declares memcpy as a extern char *. It would seem that I could put a different version of memory.h in the /usr/local/lib/gcc-lib/sun4/2.1/include/ directory with the correct cast for memcpy(), but I can't figure out what it is supposed to be... Any suggesestions on the best way to fix this would be appreciated, although it will work as is, so don't waste too much time on it.
