I'm looking for a way to allow workers to see an assembler listing
produced by gcc alongside the source listing. Since our target platform
(a router) doesn't yet support source level debugging we would like the
compiler to produce aa listing which includes the source and the
corresponding assembler instructions. Currently the MEtaware C compiler
has an option to allow this. How difficult would it be to bring this to
GNU?
