I must have missed something very obvious but I have never been able
to compile glib-1.03 completely, and now I can't even get to first base
with 1.04. What's the trick to get this stuff to compile????
System Facts
HW Sun3, Sun4
OS SunOS-4.1.1
tools gnumake 3.62, gcc-2.2.2
Here's as far as I got?
Script started on Fri Sep 4 13:24:29 1992
% [0] pwd
/u/src/glib-1.04
% [1] sh configure --with-gnu-ld --with-gnu-as --prefix=/u --exec_prefix=/u --srcdir=. sun3-sunos4.1

% [2] gnumake
Makeconfig:71: extraneous text after `include'
sysdeps/..:1: missing separator. Stop.
% [3] vi Makeconfig
*** Here I changed line 71 from ...
include $(common-objpfx)config.make
to ...
include config.make
% [4] gnumake
gnumake: fopen: sysd-dirs: No such file or directory
gnumake: fopen: sysdirs: No such file or directory
