If you want POSIX and ANSI header files on a Sun, try using the GNU C library. It includes a complete set of header files, and it is supposed to work on Sun 3 and Sun 4. You can get it from /pub/gnu/glibc-1.04.tar.Z on prep.ai.mit.edu. You can also get it by ordering the "experimental tape" from the FSF. (Ordering a tape is a good way of helping the FSF continue to pay programmers and tech writers, including the programmer who wrote the C library and is now actively working on it.) The GNU C library is covered by the Library GPL, which means that you can include it in proprietary programs but there are certain rules to follow when you do.
