Hi guys,
I've been trying to get GCC 2.2.2 to compile on an
IRIS 4D/320 running Irix 4.0.5. It would seem that the
gcc binary (from any stage) calls 'cat' under some unknown
conditions and errors out. Funny part is: 'cat' does not appear
anywhere within the binary in question.
Here's a segment of the output I get from make:
------------------------------------------------------
cc -Wf,-XNg1500 -Olimit 3000 -cckr -O1 -g -o collect2 collect2.o version.o obstack.o ` case "cc -Wf,-XNg1500 -Olimit 3000 -cckr -O1" in "cc -Wf,-XNg1500 -Olimit 3000 -cckr -O1") echo alloca.o ;; esac ` -lmld -lmalloc

Any ideas?
Thanks.
