GCC+Tools for Intel 960

Hi there !
How can I get the actual version of gcc960 and the other GNU 960 development
tools ?  I did not find them in german mail servers and cs.umn.edu gave the
following response:

Connecting to cs.umn.edu
220 mail FTP server (SunOS 4.1) ready.
--- logging in as user=anonymous password=ftpmail/torsten@kain.uucp...
---> USER anonymous
530 User anonymous unknown.

So what's the best way to get the tools ?
